FOR CV SWIMMERS AND PARENTS

Hello CV Swim Team Parents:
The Board and Coaches have been meeting on a regular basis and are diligently preparing for the upcoming season.
We are happy to have two of our coaches returning this year. Our head coach, Cindy Drob, is the Swim Team Director and Coach for the YMCA. She also oversees the management of the Leola Community Pool through the YMCA. This is Cindy’s fourth year as a summer coach for CV and she brings over 17 years of coaching experience. Assistant coach Emily Jung is a Shippensburg University graduate and is presently a substitute teacher in the CV school district. She was previously a member of the CVHS swim team and the CV summer swim team.
We welcome our two new assistants to the team this year. Assistant coach Joe Jung is a YMCA Swim team coach and former swimmer for the CVHS swim team and the CV summer swim team. Assistant coach Matt Drob is a recent graduate from Elizabethtown College where he swam for the last four years and was named team captain for the last 2 years. The team welcomes these two additions to our coaching staff.
Attached is the 2010 registration packet for your completion. It also contains valuable information about the swim team. Please return required paperwork with payment made payable the “CV Swim Team” to:

All registration forms and payment is due by May 22, 2010.
In addition to the swim team registration, all swimmers must get a Leola Community Pool membership in order to be eligible for the team. A YMCA pool membership is not valid. You must purchase a membership through the Upper Leacock Township.
